Brian is a visionary leader and accomplished executive with 10+ years of experience in the Insurance industry. As the founder of Clearview Insurance Franchise, he has spearheaded strategic initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence. Under Brian's leadership, Clearview has grown to over $60M+ in premium, with over 40 locations, operating in 36 States through both organic and inorganic growth. In addition to growth, Brian collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders on designing processes to enhance Servicing to create a lasting impact on staff, clients, and management. Prior to Clearview, Brian was an Agency Owner at the Allstate Corporation with several offices. Brian is passionate about bringing new, refreshing Talent to the Industry, creating new opportunities for young talent to partake, whether in the corporate space or retail side of the industry generating new perspectives as we revolutionize P&C Insurance. Brian is a proud father to four sons, whom he loves spending time with, and none of this can be done without the support of his wonderful wife, Candace.
