Bina is Vice President of QSEO Systems and Compliance at Pfizer Global Supply, leading the team responsible for Quality Management Systems and compliance activities across the organization. She previously served as VP and Head of GMP-GLP Audit within Regulatory Quality Assurance and is a member of Pfizer Global Supply’s Quality and Compliance Committee, which oversees risk mitigation for priority risks.

With over 30 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, Bina has held leadership roles in manufacturing, packaging, validation, supply chain, quality operations, and GMP audit at five companies. She has held various senior positions within Pfizer’s Global Supply, Digital, and Compliance functions. After a brief period at Zoetis from 2013 to 2016, she returned to Pfizer as Head of GMP Audit. Bina was recognized as a 2024 Luminary and a 2020 Rising Star by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association for her leadership, mentorship, and advocacy for advancing women’s careers in healthcare. Since 2009, she has participated in Pfizer’s Women’s Mentoring Program and serves on the Leadership Team of the Global Asian Alliance, actively mentoring individuals inside and outside Pfizer.
