Bhushan Sethi is a global workforce strategist, educator, and policy contributor with over 25 years of experience helping organizations transform how they work and lead. A Partner at PwC US Consulting, he advises senior executives across financial services, technology, and life sciences on business growth, workforce strategy, AI capability building, and digital transformation.


Bhushan has built and led global consulting practices, including PwC’s Global People & Organization and US Financial Services People & Org teams, and helped shape cross-industry collaboration on the future of work. He contributes to global policy through the World Economic Forum and G20/T20 Future of Work task forces.


He is an award-winning speaker and trusted commentator on labor markets, globalization, human capital, and inclusion—featured in the WSJ, FT, Bloomberg, CNBC, and more.


Bhushan teaches Strategy Consulting at NYU Stern, holds an AI Strategy certificate from Stanford, a BA in Accounting & Economics, and is a Chartered Management Accountant.


An avidrunner (15 marathons and counting), Bhushan is a proud husband, father, and global citizen—born in London, of Indian heritage, and a New York City resident of over 24 years. He has lived and worked across Europe, Asia, and North America.
