Jacky He

Jacky He is one of the youngest CEOs to lead a New York investment and development firm with assets totaling more than $900M. Born in Hangzhou, China, Jacky immigrated to the US as a university student studying economics and chemistry at the University of Delaware. He then moved to New York City and launched his real estate investment firm, DMG Investments, at the age of 23. Within eight years, Jacky has built DMG into one of the fastest-growing real estate investment firms in the US with a portfolio valued at more than $900 million.
DMG Investments’ portfolio encompasses multifamily apartment buildings, luxury condo develop- ments and student housing developments across ten US cities totaling more than 2 million square feet. The firm employs nearly 70 people through its Wall Street-based headquarters.
With community service and giving back being one of the guiding principles behind the growth of DMG Investments, Jacky put the firm’s resources to work when his home city of New York became ground zero of the US COVID-19 outbreak in early 2020. His firm sourced and acquired more than 10,000 pieces of PPE, including N95 masks and surgical gloves, which his team distributed to first responders, hospitals and universities across New York and New Jersey.
