Steven Tseng is a principal economist in Baker McKenzie's New York office. He has over 25 years of experience advising multinational firms on business transformation, transfer pricing, IP planning, globalization, valuations, post-merger integration and other tax and financial advisory issues in the United States, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. He regularly advises many Fortune 500 multinationals from a wide range of industries and geographies.

Steven conducts regular technical training for authorities in Asia and Europe and is a frequent public speaker on transfer pricing, valuations, and restructuring. He has received substantial recognition from International Tax Review for his work as a tax advisor and is regularly named one of the world’s leading transfer pricing advisers.

Additionally, Steven is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers. Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Steven was a partner who led Asia Business Center and Global Value Chain Transformation for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Prior to PwC, Steven was a partner who led Asia Pacific Transfer Pricing, China & Hong Kong Transfer Pricing and Finnish Financial Advisory Services for KPMG.
