Shu Zhang is a Managing Director and Head of Citi Private Bank Global Investments Lab, helping with asset allocation, portfolio construction, manager selection, and customized investment strategies.
Ms. Zhang has more than 25 years of experience servicing institutional-level, family office and ultra-high net worth clients. Previously, she was Head of Portfolio Construction at US Investment Solutions of UBS Financial Services. Her prior roles include Vice President in the Investment Management Group of Diversified Investment Advisors and Associate Director at BARRA RogersCasey.
At Citi, Ms. Zhang mentors and supports diverse young talent. Earlier this year, she and nine other colleagues partnered with BuildOn, a non-profit that seeks to break the cycle of poverty, illiteracy, and low expectations by building schools in developing countries.They spent a week in a very poor village in Segal to build an elementary school.
Ms. Zhang earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Northeastern University and is a CFA charter holder.
