President, Solifi
Ms. Bhargava is the President of Solifi, a FinTech software company backed by Thoma Bravo. Prior to this, she was part of NCR’s executive leadership team and charged with accelerating the company’s shift to an as-a-service model focused on the adoption of NCR’s next-generation cloud-based platforms.
She has an established track record of building and leading high-performing global, customer-centric businesses, through periods of hypergrowth and rapid transformation. Her experience extends from small to mid-size businesses in growth mode to mature companies in re-invention mode.
Ms. Bhargava has served as a general manager and go-to-market executive in companies experiencing accelerated growth in software, services and making a shift to an as-a-service model. Ms. Bhargava has held executive leadership positions across leading technology companies such as NCR Corp., Dell, EMC, and Akamai Technologies.
