Lorraine Chow Hansen

Consumer Bank Chief Marketing Officer, JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Lorraine Chow Hansen is Chief Marketing Officer for JPMorgan Chase’s Chase Consumer Bank, where her team is responsible for account opening, acquisition, onboarding, engagement and branding. Previously, Lorraine was the Head of Ultimate Rewards & Loyalty Solutions for Chase Card Services.


Prior to joining Chase, Lorraine was President of the $32 billion Global Snacks Group at PepsiCo. She also led Kraft’s $1.6 billion U.S. Coffee & Tea Division as Senior Vice President & General Manager.


Lorraine earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University. Her awards include the 2017 Girl Scouts Women of Distinction Award, 2012 Advertising Age "Women to Watch” Award, 2008 YWCA Salute to Women and Racial Justice Outstanding Achievement in Business Award, and 2007 Organization of Chinese Americans Corporate Achievement Award. She serves as Co-Chair of the Asian Executive Forum at JPMorgan Chase.
