Harish Hemmige is a Managing Director and Senior Partner of BCG Inc, an $11.7B global management consulting firm, in addition to serving as the President and CEO of BCG Federal Corp, a wholly owned subsidiary of BCG Inc focused on the US Federal government.
He has spent over 18 years at BCG helping US Federal government agencies deliver for citizens. For his public sector client service, Harish was a recipient of the BCG President’s Award for Leading with Integrity in 2021.
He is BCG’s Asian Diversity Network lead for Social Impact, and leads a CEO interview series focused on Asian American executives. In addition, he is the lead author for a BCG study on Asian American advancement in the workplace, which surveyed over 900 Asian Americans to understand their desires and perceptions about advancement in the workplace.
He received an MBA from Harvard Business School and undergraduate degree in Economics,
with honors, from the University of Chicago. He currently resides in McLean, Virginia with his wife and two young children.
