Diana Pon is Senior Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion – Supplier at Macy’s, Inc., where she champions supplier diversity across Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, and Bluemercury. Starting her retail career at 16 with Sunglass Hut, Diana joined Macy’s in 1995 and has held various merchandising, licensing, and strategic roles, driving revenue growth and turning around underperforming businesses.

As part of Macy’s DE&I leadership team, Diana leads initiatives supporting the company’s Bold New Chapter strategy and Mission Every One social commitment. She played a key role in creating the S.P.U.R. Pathways funding program and advancing the Business Diversity Ecosystem plan, evolving supplier diversity into broader business diversity.

Passionate about empowering women and underrepresented groups, Diana serves on the board of the Women’s Business Enterprise Council (WBENC) and is a member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), National LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and DisabilityIN. Under her leadership, Macy’s supplier diversity efforts have won multiple awards, including WBENC’s America’s Top Corporations and NMSDC’s National Corporation of the Year. Diana holds a B.S. in Marketing and Economics from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management and resides in Connecticut with her family.
