About the event

Over the past decade, the Asian American Business Roundtable (AABR) has witnessed the growing influence of Asian Americans as executive leaders and decision-makers across U.S. organizations. As entrepreneurs and corporate leaders, they bring a critical understanding of today’s globalized business environment—where Asia continues to play a significant role—enabling organizations to identify new opportunities, innovate across markets, and lead effectively in cross-cultural contexts.

At the same time, the U.S. workforce continues to evolve. The U.S. Census projects that the “New Majority” will account for nearly 90 percent of total population growth between 1995 and 2050, with Asian Americans among the fastest-growing communities. As Asian American leaders take on more visible and influential roles, their perspectives are increasingly shaping organizational strategy, talent development, and inclusive leadership practices.

As artificial intelligence shifts from a technical frontier to a core business imperative, the focus is no longer only on what technology can do—but on how leaders guide its responsible and strategic integration. This year’s AABR Summit brings together Asian American executives and innovators who are at the forefront of this transformation, leading conversations on governance, trust, workforce impact, and the future of AI in global business.

The Roundtable provides a platform to examine both the opportunities and responsibilities that come with this moment—exploring how leaders can drive innovation while ensuring ethical implementation, foster inclusive growth, and prepare the next generation of leadership in an AI-driven world. By leveraging the collective insights of industry leaders, AABR continues to advance the visibility, influence, and long-term impact of Asian Americans in the U.S. business landscape.
