About the event
In 2026, AABDC is thrilled to celebrate the Year of the Horse in partnership with America250 at the historic Federal Hall National Memorial. This celebration is especially meaningful as 2026 marks the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, marking America’s Semiquincentennial.
This Lunar New Year gathering will bring together community leaders, partners, and friends to honor Asian cultural heritage and celebrate the strength, resilience, and lasting contributions of the Asian American community. Set against one of New York City’s most iconic landmarks, the evening will be a shared celebration of tradition, connection, and progress.

By attending this event, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording, and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by AABDC and its representatives.
You release AABDC, its officers, employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings.

Since 2000, AABDC has held the annual Lunar New Year Gala at the historic Federal Hall National Memorial on Wall Street, the executive suite at Macy’s Headquarters and at the Magic Room at the LVMH Tower in midtown. With over 250+ RSVPs to this event each year the LNY Gala is an ideal setting for attendees to unwind, celebrate, and collectively welcome the good fortune and luck that the New Year brings.
