AABDC, in partnership with TD Securities, invites you to join us for the 2025 Year End Reception & ERG Forum on December 5th, 2025. This event will feature a panel discussion on “Elevate: Cultivating the Next Generation of ERG Leaders”, followed by a networking reception.

The panel will build on insights from our last ERG session, offering a deep dive into the essential skills, strategies, and benefits of leading a successful ERG. Learn how to maximize personal growth, accelerate career progression, and manage your ERG like a business by aligning strategy with company goals, addressing burnout, and measuring impact.

As we close out the year, we also look forward to celebrating the contributions our members and friends have made to the Asian American community.
