Maggie Chan Jones

Maggie is the Founder and CEO of Tenshey, Inc., a tech-enabled executive coaching company that helps more women advance into leadership roles and the boardroom. She is also a seasoned C-level executive, board director, CMO advisor and angel investor, who specializes in marketing, business transformation and technology.
Previously, Maggie was the first woman to become chief marketing officer (CMO) at SAP, where she was an executive sponsor for diversity and inclusion, and a member of the SAP Innovation Roundta- ble. Prior to that, Maggie served as the inaugural CMO of the North America region at Level 3 Communications. She also spent over seven years at Microsoft, and she has held leadership and marketing positions at Sun Microsystems and ADIC.
She was a recipient of the Women of the Decade in Marketing, Branding and Communication award by the Women Economic Forum in 2018 and was named one of the top 20 World's Most Influential CMOs by Forbes in 2017. Maggie received her undergraduate degree in business management from Binghamton University and holds an MBA from Cornell University. She is on the boards of Avast and Open Systems. Maggie resides in New York City with her husband and their four-legged kid, a miniature poodle named Charlie.
