About the event

In 2024, in partnership with China Institute in America, we are facilitating the ERG Forum along with committed corporate brands who are aiming to build the best equipped workforces. We will focus on topics relevant to ERGs and employers -- leadership and personal growth; work-life balance and well being; career advice and professional development; and inclusion of diverse identities. 

Meet our speakers:

Yrthya Dinzey-Flores, Senior Vice President of DEI at Warner Music Group is a global leader known for breaking new ground. With a track record of success, Yrthya is a decisive executive with a long-range vision and creative ideas. She has effectively aligned DEI and social impact initiatives with product and market growth opportunities. Yrthya brings diverse industry experience, having worked with blue-chip international companies, tech startups, government, and philanthropy.

Jenny Kim Park, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Bank of America. She serves as the chief strategist for D&I focused programs, initiatives and policies that help drive Responsible Growth for the company. Jenny leads a team who supports enterprise-wide diversity initiatives, diversity conferences, strategic partner management and sponsorships, diversity awards and recognition, inclusion learning, diversity metrics and data reporting.  

Cecilia Nelson-Hurt, the Chief Diversity, Equity&Inclusion Officer at Heidrick & Struggles. She is responsible for leading the firm’s global diversity strategies and plays an integral role in shaping the organization’s culture, engagement and talent management initiatives related to diversity, equity and inclusion.  

Our Moderator:  

Nathan Stein, Executive Director, Global Head of Operations, Communications, and Engagement for Diversity & Inclusion at Morgan Stanley. In this role, Nathan oversees the global DEI function, leads a coordinated and strategic communication strategy internally and externally, and delivers a comprehensive engagement strategy through the Firm’s global employee networks.
