Young Professional Leadership Program
For the past five years, the AABDC has convened multi-cultural business professionals from all levels –
C-suite to young professionals. The goal of YPLP is to engage eight exceptional and motivated leaders (4-12 years of work experience) to participate in projects that advance the Asian American business community and that positively impact corporate America’s strategic D&I efforts.
Over a tenure lasting 12 months – the group will focus on multiple initiatives, webinars, thought
leadership research, and article curation through AABDC.
