Adrian Kwok is an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, based in New York, and advises companies on design and innovation-related topics. At McKinsey, he co-founded AAM in 2013 and continues to lead it globally. In 2019, he published "Waiting For Corporate America's 'Crazy Rich Asians' Moment" in Fortune's raceAhead newsletter and this past summer co-authored a report on COVID-19's impact on the Asian American community. Adrian holds a B.A. from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
