LINK Fifa 2005 English Language Pack UPDATED

I bought this game and when installed, it gave me russian as the only language option. i went through with it thinking i could change this later, but no. I cannot for the life of me understand how to get to the options menu, skeptical as to whether there really is one anyway!! please help change it to english. i like english
